The recruitment process generally begins with a Resume Screening, followed by a Written Examination and Interview.The methods and standards for selecting new talent may vary according to the target region and personnel needs, however.
We review the correlation between education/career background and job opening functions on every application, to determine if there are any disqualifying factors regarding an applicant.
Verifywhether or not the values each applicant holds align with the SK Philosophy.
For large scale recruitment, such as new employment and internships, applicants passing document screening are subject to the SK Comprehensive Aptitude Test.
The SK Comprehensive Aptitude Test is a tool for verifying those qualified to be SK talent. It is the first scientific psychological testing method introduced by a Korean company, and is revised annually to improve its reliability and validity as and important talent selection tool. It is currently available in three languages: Korean, English, and Chinese.
A range of tools and resources are available to verify the qualification of applicants, focusing on their values, characteristics, capabilities, and other features.
Interview steps may differ depending on the applicants and affiliates, but there are generally 1 to 3 interview steps, including presentations, group discussions, and in-depth interviews. These are required to thoroughly verify applicant capabilities.
Application for certain positions requires, if necessary, interview in foreign languages to determine international communications capabilities.
