담당 업무 및 역할
Global Partner Coordination & PO Management
  • Receive and validate purchase orders from global commercial partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner forecasts and supply commitments.
Production monitoring & Delivery Management
  • Monitor production progress and proactively address delays or supply risks.
Supply Execution & Sales/Revenue Operations
  • Facilitate invoicing and revenue recognition for product sales payments.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure timely collection and reconciliation of payments.
  • Support audit and reporting requirements related to commercial supply transactions.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Act as the operational bridge between SCM, manufacturing, finance, legal, and commercial teams.
  • Participate in partner meetings and provide supply-related insights and updates.

Who We're Looking For

지원 자격
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Fluent English communication skill
  • Proficiency in ERP SAP systems (SD module) and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Candidates with a minimum of 3 to 6 full years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

우대사항
  • Experience working with licensed pharmaceutical products and international partners.
  • Ability to manage complex supply scenarios and resolve operational challenges.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
