[Role Description]

The AI Engineer will play a key role in building AI-powered services that drive our AI-driven business operations platform. This position involves translating complex models developed by our AI scientists and researchers into robust, scalable, and production-ready applications. The AI Engineer will be instrumental in developing the core infrastructure to ensure our AI solutions operate reliably and efficiently. They will identify key challenges within the supply chain and implement optimized solutions. Staying up to date with the latest engineering trends is essential to ensure our business operations platform is built on a scalable and effective architecture.

[Qualifications]

• Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 
  
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments.
• 
  
  • Skills :
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python is required). 
    • Experience deploying and managing AI models in production environments, including on-premises servers and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 
    • Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake. 
    • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Airflow) and building scalable data pipelines. 
    • Solid understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Domain knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand complex multi-domain environments and connect them with technical solutions. Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics is highly preferred.

• Other skills: Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a focus on innovation and adaptability.

• English Proficiency: Professional-level English communication skills are a plus.

• Preferred:
  • Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., biopharma, healthcare, finance).
  • A portfolio of successfully launched AI/ML projects.
